When & Where does the Group meet?

Women’s Book Study meets every Wednesday from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. in the church library.

Who participates?

Women’s Book Study is open to all women; some are retired, some come on their lunch break, and some come when they can.

It provides a wonderful mid-week break from the normal routine, and it provides an opportunity to meet with old and new friends.

What do we do?

After we gather and share, we openly discuss as a group.  Our faith, our lives, our experiences, our feelings, our questions, our concerns are explored as we grow spiritually through reading, discussing and sharing.

We spend 3-4 weeks (usually) on a book.

What do we read?

We read a wide variety of genres (mostly fiction). Louise Penny and Jacqueline Winspear are favorite authors.  Recent books we have enjoyed include The Moment of Lift,  The Midnight Library and The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek.
